Process
Potential Exhibitors

Notification
The Administrative
Committee (AC) of the General Assembly must approve any
organization or ministry before they may exhibit at General Assembly.
The AC meets three times a year – spring, summer, and fall.
We will notify you of the Committee’s
decision shortly after the
appropriate meeting. Once approved for this year's Assembly,
you
will receive an invitation to participate as an exhibitor.
